Please note that the list predominantly represents the items that extend the core Shopware 6 software.

B2X and B2B mode

Feature
Open shop system
  • In a B2X scenario, the shop system can be operated with a public product presentation and purchase function
  • All B2C functions are supported in line with Shopware 6 (all editions)
Restricted visibility of certain information in the shop
  • Prices and other information can be hidden from guests (anonymous visitors) or other definable customer groups
  • In this way, for example, a marketing catalogue without purchase function can be created
Complete access restriction to the shop
  • The shop is hidden entirely behind a login
  • Guests (anonymous visitors) are redirected to a login page of the web shop

B2B company management

Feature
Company accounts
  • Individual users are bundled into company accounts and thus automatically use the master data and options of the company
  • Customers in the shop follow the typical structures in the ERP; an unstructured user database is prevented
  • Users can be equipped with different roles (and rights) to enable differentiated use of the shop
  • Customer numbers or debtor numbers are used as the identification feature; e-mail addresses serve as a secondary identification feature
Users can be assigned to different companies simultaneously
  • The shop operator can assign individual users to different companies (customers)
  • In this way, for example, group structures can be represented
Commercial registration
  • Registration process specifically for new commercial customers

  • Contact persons can be assigned to a company who are displayed as contacts in the shop

  • The sales representative can perform actions on behalf of the customer, e.g. placing products live into the shopping cart or executing orders
  • The shop customer can assign individual shop functions to users, e.g. permission to execute the order. The rights can be conveniently controlled via individual roles (e.g. warehouse staff)
Interim account / CpD account
  • For guest users and registered end customers who only order occasionally (e.g. providing a slimmed-down product catalogue with list prices), a CpD account can be defined
VAT ID verification
  • When B2B prospects register in the web shop, the VAT ID is checked
