Overview of the TradelinePro plugins and how they work together.

INFO

TradelinePro represents a holistic solution for B2B commerce with Shopware. For technical reasons, functions are encapsulated in so-called plugins. The following list gives an overview of these plugins.

The following plugins are part of the TradelinePro solution:

Log in as user (impersonation)

A user of the shop administration can log in as any user in the storefront. This feature is described here.

Invoice change request (TradelinePro)

Users can in principle be prohibited from changing the invoice address. This plugin provides a request form for changes.

Quote management

Via this plugin, shop users can request quotes, or you as the shop operator can create quotes for your prospects.

Base module (TradelinePro)

The base module encapsulates fundamental functions that are shared by all TradelinePro plugins.

Order devices (TradelinePro)

Via the order devices plugin, external ordering interfaces such as mobile data capture (MDE) devices can be connected to the B2B shop.

Connect

The Connect plugin provides the fundamental mechanisms and interfaces for the live connection of an ERP for calculating terms and submitting orders.

Download centre

Via the download centre, media files can be made available in the shop and managed centrally. The files can be bound to different entities such as companies, customer groups and products. In this way, access to media (e.g. PDFs, images, etc.) can be restricted to certain groups of people, or the files can be made available in the appropriate place.

Events and tickets

The plugin introduces the new product type Events. Via this product, events (e.g. seminars) can be managed in the regular product catalogue and purchased by users. What is special is that tickets can be created directly which can serve as admission tickets.

Forms

Via the Forms plugin, you as the shop operator can create any forms and embed them in various places in the shop.

Group products

Individual order numbers

Individual order numbers can be used by your customers to store their own article numbers in addition to the article numbers in the shop.

Customer prices

The customer prices plugin provides the option of efficiently storing individual price lists for customers in the system.

Quick order

Company accounts

The Company accounts plugin encapsulates essential core functions. The plugin enables, among other things, access restrictions as well as the structure of company accounts in connection with personal logins for individual employees.

Product variants as list

Via this plugin, product variants are displayed as a clear and filterable list.

Accessory finder

With the help of the accessory finder, large numbers of product relations can be stored in the system. These enable multiple assignments (also multi-step) of, for example, spare-part products to the main product.
