Are there special training courses for TradelinePro users
A systematic training offering for TradelinePro does not yet exist today. However, a very comprehensive user manual is available which describes the functional options, the configuration of new content and the configuration of the processes in detail.
The aim is to enable you to use the software in a targeted way.
How is TradelinePro to operate for beginners
TradelinePro is based on the modern online shop software Shopware 6. The software therefore follows established best practices. Both in the storefront for the shop user and in the administration area (for the shop operator), simple, intuitive operation following familiar patterns is enabled. In our experience, new users get along without further support after a short orientation phase.
Can TradelinePro represent country-specific differences?
With TradelinePro you can provide international shops in different languages for different markets.
Which file formats can TradelinePro work with?
The software uses the API approach, so a wide variety of formats can be used for synchronising your systems with TradelinePro.
Can the software interact with other systems?
The software can interact with your established systems via an API interface.
Which user roles are defined in TradelinePro
TradelinePro allows the use of different user roles on two different levels. This answer refers to the storefront, i.e. the user roles that customers of the shop can hold.
On the one hand, roles can be defined at the level of the shop customers in the company account and assigned to individual users. In this way, a company can grant its employees the appropriate options in the online shop depending on their area of responsibility.
Typical user roles here are, for example: administrator with full access rights and the ability to invite new users into the shop company account. Specialist department: can fill shopping carts but cannot place an order. Purchasing department: can execute orders and approves order templates from their colleagues.
