Simple stock

The stock level of products is maintained via the "Stock" field. Shopware itself, however, checks the non-writable field "Available stock" in the shop. This is calculated by Shopware itself by checking how often the product is contained in orders that have not yet been completed. This value is subtracted from the stock level to calculate the available stock.
