In principle, linking a sales representative to a customer account has no impact. Users with the "Administrator" role gain a new menu item in their account that provides several new features for controlling sales representative access from the customer's perspective.

The maximum order amount for the current and coming months can also be adjusted on an ongoing basis. The remaining order amount for the current month is then reduced dynamically. The reduction takes place automatically after an order and is independent of any status. If the total has been exceeded and the field sales representative wants to place a new order, they will receive a corresponding notice at checkout and will not be able to complete the order:
